Cats listed, referenced, or discussed may become unavailable at any time due to adoption, foster placement, medical needs, behavioral evaluation, or other circumstances.

Screening Process

Charm City Baltimore may review housing information, pet history, household information, references, and other application details as part of its screening process. Additional questions or follow-up may be required.

Right to Decline

Charm City Baltimore reserves the right to deny, decline, or discontinue an adoption inquiry or application at its discretion.

Accuracy of Information

Applicants are expected to provide truthful and accurate information. Misleading, incomplete, or false information may result in denial of an application.

No Breeder or Commercial Sale Activity

The purpose of the adoption process is to place rescued cats into safe and appropriate homes, not to facilitate resale, transfer, breeding, or commercial use.

Medical and Behavioral Unknowns

While good-faith efforts may be made to disclose known information, rescued animals may have medical, behavioral, or background issues that are unknown or may change over time.
