Questions donors may have
Where does my donation go?
Donations support Charm City Baltimore’s mission, including cleanup efforts, helping people in need, stray cat rescue, environmental work, supplies, transportation, and related mission-supporting costs.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Charm City Baltimore is currently a community-driven project and is not yet represented on this website as a registered 501(c)(3). Donations should not currently be assumed to be tax-deductible.
Can I choose where my donation goes?
Yes. You can donate to a specific mission category such as cleanup, helping people, Chesapeake Bay work, cat rescue, or greatest need.
Can I make a recurring donation?
Yes. If you set up recurring support through Stripe, you can manage or cancel your recurring donation through the billing portal or by contacting support.
Can I request a refund?
Donations are generally considered voluntary and final. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.
